My therapist told me that he can work on the mental/emotional aspect of trauma healing, but there needs to be work with the body where the trauma is stored. A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I had achieved much of what I had always wanted - a loving husband, wonderful children, beautiful home, great friends, and a successful career. However, under the surface I struggled with burnout, chronic anxiety, autoimmune issues, and a deep knowing that life was meant to be different.
So, I set out on a path of learning, deep reflection, releasing stored trauma, nurturing my body, expanding my mindset, embracing grace, and ultimately transforming my life in a way I never could have expected.
In July of 2023, I left my 18-year corporate career to help other women also transform their lives. My coaching approach is rooted in my broad life experience, diverse education, persistent curiosity, and honed intuition.
